Steam subscribed mods not downloading

Hi r/civ,. Running into an issue with Civ VI. I'm trying to download a mod collection and subscribed to it. I have auto download additional content enabled yet Steam does not appear to be downloading any mods when I load up Civ VI.

As I suspected: what you download from the workshop isn't always the latest version. myself, not even if I use the version I downloaded from Steam. again and unsubscribing and then subscribing again haven't worked.

In fact, and because I want to install some mods, I need to use the … It's very cool and much easier instead of FTP because we all not have an creating local mod of the subscribed ones via original steam dayz sa launcher 

The Mods screen now does a version check before downloading Workshop mods and doesn’t download them if they haven’t been updated.

Workshop mods not downloading? Help.
